A visual journey in navigating a constantly evolving perspective of wellness through my relationship with food, in addition to memorable visuals of my hiking and traveling adventures

Rio Jurumbaino. Macas, Ecuador. Took a dip the morning after each aya ceremony.
The view of the retreat estate from my room window.
Choza where the aya Ceremonies took place, next to the Rio Jurumbaino, Macas, Ecuador . The water was super cold, but just what was needed the morning after ceremony, and before the steep hike back.
Cotopaxi Volcano, One of the worlds highest and active volcanos
Lunch stop in at a vegetarian restaurant in Banos. Lentil Salad (tomato, pineaple, red onion, and lentil).
Slightly elevated view of the choza & river from the stair way/hill. Pictures don’t do the views any justice. The sound of the river in the backdrop was magical.
Lunch stop in Banos. Potato & Avocado Soup. Ample portions, very tasty!
Partial path to & from the choza & river. My stair climbing and hiking definitely paid off!
